Covid 19 Policy and Procedures

Ezy Anchor is proud to say that we are following the Queensland Department of Health guidelines and measures to restrict handling of our valued customer orders to a minimum during this ongoing Pandemic.

Our contract warehouse and staff are operating under very strict health and hygiene rules that are fully compliant with QLD Health Covid regulations.

All staff are sanitising their hands regularly, they are wearing masks and are distancing at their work stations in line with the current rulings, as they are notified to us all.

One senior staff member is responsible for the picking and packing of our orders for dispatch by Australia Post or collection by Ezy Anchor staff or couriers for delivery to our wholesale customers and retailers thus also minimising handling.

All orders are being dispatched within 72 hours of receipt and this is expected to continue even during unexpected lockdowns as stock is also held at our secondary warehouse for this purpose.
