Returns Policy
- Ezy Anchor is proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee that in the event of any goods being received in a faulty condition or short supplied that we will replace the item or items at no cost to our customer.
- Should a client find that the product does not meet their expectations fully, then we will refund their purchase price on receipt of the products to Ezy Anchors business premises, in a useable condition.
- All postage or transit costs for returns is at the cost of the customer unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
- Any request under this return policy should be emailed to sales@ezyanchor.com within 30 days from date of order.
- Damaged and misused goods will not be replaced under any circumstances.
- Any returns are limited in value to their original product purchase price. Initial postage cost will not be refunded.
