Returns Policy

 

    1. Ezy Anchor is proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee that in the event of any goods being received in a faulty condition or short supplied that we will replace the item or items at no cost to our customer.
    2. Should a client find that the product does not meet their expectations fully, then we will refund their purchase price on receipt of the products to Ezy Anchors business premises, in a useable condition.
    3. All postage or transit costs for returns is at the cost of the customer unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
    4. Any request under this return policy should be emailed to sales@ezyanchor.com within 30 days from date of order.
    5. Damaged and misused goods will not be replaced under any circumstances.
    6. Any returns are limited in value to their original product purchase price. Initial postage cost will not be refunded.
